These Terms of Service apply to your use of Tarot Trust and to purchases made through our website. By accessing the website or purchasing a Tarot Trust product, you agree to these Terms.

Age Requirement

Tarot Trust products may only be purchased by people who are 18 years of age or older.

When placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are legally capable of entering into the purchase, and that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We do not knowingly accept purchases from individuals under 18.

What Tarot Trust Provides

Tarot Trust offers personalized tarot readings, intuitive and psychic-style readings, spiritual guidance, and related digital reading products.

Each reading is prepared specifically from the questions and information supplied by the customer.

The service is intended for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, and entertainment purposes. It is not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice.

Important decisions should not be made solely on the basis of a tarot or psychic reading.

Predictions and Outcomes

Tarot and intuitive readings involve interpretation, symbolism, and personal insight.

We do not guarantee that a prediction, relationship development, timeline, event, interpretation, or other statement contained within a reading will happen.

Any discussion of another person’s feelings, intentions, thoughts, actions, or future behaviour represents an interpretation provided for spiritual and entertainment purposes and should not be treated as independently verified fact.

Digital Delivery

All readings are personalized digital products. No physical item is shipped.

The completed reading is normally supplied as a PDF through email.

The delivery timeframe depends upon the product purchased:

* Mini Deep Love Reading: within 24 hours
* Standard Deep Love Reading: within 12 hours
* Extreme Deep Love Reading: within 3 hours

These timeframes apply once all information needed to complete the reading has been received.

If information is missing or unclear, we may contact the customer before beginning the reading.

Starting Work on an Order

Because every reading is individually prepared, work may begin shortly after payment and receipt of the required information.

We generally begin preparation within approximately 30 minutes.

Once personalized work has started, the order may no longer be cancellable, subject to applicable consumer protection law and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Follow-Up Questions

Follow-up questions are available only with products that specifically include them.

The product description applicable at the time of purchase determines the number of follow-up questions and the period during which they may be submitted.

Follow-ups are intended to clarify or explore the original reading and do not automatically constitute an additional full reading.

Customer-Provided Information

The customer is responsible for supplying accurate information when placing an order.

This may include their name, date of birth, questions, and other details requested during checkout.

Please check all information carefully before submitting an order.

Information supplied to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Your completed reading is supplied for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may download, save, and print your reading for yourself.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, commercially exploit, or represent the reading as your own work without our prior written permission.

Payments and Prices

Payments are processed using the payment methods displayed during checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Prices may change for future purchases. Such changes do not alter the price of an order that has already been completed.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Nothing within these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current.

Product descriptions, delivery estimates, availability, promotional offers, and other website information may change from time to time.

Any product-specific conditions shown during checkout form part of the applicable purchase agreement.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Tarot Trust for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt or compromise the website, access systems or accounts without authorization, reproduce our material without permission, or use our services to harass, threaten, defame, or harm another person.

Responsibility and Decision-Making

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tarot Trust is not responsible for decisions a customer makes solely or primarily because of information contained in a tarot, psychic, or spiritual reading.

The latest version will be published on the website together with its updated effective date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protection requirements.

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation gives you rights that differ from these Terms, those statutory rights continue to apply.
